Les rapports entre banques et clients leurs échanges c’est d’abord la confiance revele maître David beavogui avocat de la SACA

Au cours d’une conférence de presse organisé dans la soirée de ce samedi 16 juillet 2022 a conakry,les membres du COLLECTIF d’avocat de la société SACA disent poursuivent le COMBAT jusqu’à l’obtention d un gain de cause a l’actif de l état.
Nous avons donc trouvé opportun de tenir ce point de presse pour éclairer la lanternes du public.

Tout est parti d’une convention de crédit signé entre la société africaines de commerce alimentaire et Afriland bank Guinée SA.
Cette convention a été signé depuis le 19/08/2016.
Elle portait sur le pret d’un montant de 9 milliards de francs GUINÉEN qui devrait etre logé dans un compte que la société Afriland bank a ouvert au nom de sa clientèle la société SACA dans ses livres .
Apres la signature de la société SACA a déposé une garantie de 2 milliards fg , elle a hypothéqué son immeuble d’une valeur de 9 milliards fg au grand marché de madina , donc elle a remis les titres fonciers de son terrain a Afriland bank Guinée SA.
Entretant ,le clients a continuer a approvisionner son compte car il est commerçant et précise que cette société est représenté par l’opérateur économique mdou djoulde Diallo a fait savoir Me david beavogui et de poursuivre (il a approvisionner son compte jusqu’à la hauteur de 5 milliards sept cent et quelqué million de francs GUINÉEN un moment, il s’est posée la question de savoir Est ce que le Prêt a été accordé,mais dans la convention,il ya une disposition qui stipule que le Prêt est reputer accorder lorsque le montant du frais sera logé dans le numéro de compte qui est effectivement dans la convention a t il conclus.
