Négociations tripartites : le gouvernement, patronat et le Syndicat vers la signature d’un protocole d’accord.

Les négociations tripartites semblent voir le bout du tunnel. Ce, après plusieurs échanges entre les differents acteurs à savoir le gouvernement, patronat, et le mouvement syndical. Au cours de la rencontre de ce samedi 11 novembre 2023, une proposition de 35% a été faite par le gouvernement.

Abdoulaye Barry, porte parole du mouvement syndical, revient sur le contenu de cette proposition.

Au niveau de la valeur monétaire du point d’indice (VAMPI), le gouvernement a fait une nouvelle proposition. Il est allé jusqu’à à 35 %, mais de façon échelonnée. 20 % pour au mois de janvier 2024, 5 % au mois de juillet, 5% en décembre de la même année et les 5 autres au mois de juillet 2025.
Nous avons dit au gouvernement que nous prenons acte et nous allons rendre compte à la base.
Le second point, concerne la prime de départ à la retraite. Le mouvement syndical avait demandé 12 mois dans la plate-forme revendicative du 20 avril 2023. Hier nous sommes revenus à 4 mois, mais le gouvernement a expliqué beaucoup de difficultés liées à cela. Tout de même, il a proposé 2 mois et demi pour les travailleurs qui doivent aller à la retraite cette année>>, a expliqué le secrétaire général de l’USTG.

Côté gouvernement, le ministre de l’Administration du Territoire et de la Décentralisation a reiteré leur volonté de continuer la discussion avec le syndicat afin de trouver un consensus.
